Shipping Policy
Canada Wide Shipping:
- Québec is currently excluded from this.
- Please select a 2 day shipping option at checkout if you have any cold products in your order. Your order will be shipped out Monday-Wednesdays to ensure they aren’t stuck in transit over the weekend.
- If you are confident that you have no cold items in your order you may chose alternate shipping options, if there are cold products we will make the adjustment on our end, or reach out prior to shipping.
Local Delivery:
- All orders will be shipped out next business day and delivered the same day. Example, you order Sunday night, it will go out Monday for delivery. You can expect delivery by 6pm. We will also send our shipping notification so you can keep track of your order.
- For most regions (excluding Hope, Agassiz and Cultus Lake Community) we use a third party company to deliver our local deliveries. The company is Urban Valley Transport.
- Other regions (Hope, Agassiz and Cultus Lake Community) we will be doing delivery in-house. Your delivery day is Friday, we will send you notifications when your order is sent out for delivery and when it is delivered.
In-store Pick Up:
- Orders will be picked and ready within 2 hours of you placing your order (during business hours). You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.
- You will have the option of paying online or in-store for your pick up order at checkout.
- Once in-store please show your confirmation email to an associate at the front counter, they will go grab your order for you from the back.
- If there are any errors or issues regarding your order we will contact you by email.
- There is no fee for in-store pick-up orders.
- Un-paid orders will be returned to the floor after 2 business days- we will communicate this by email prior to putting the stock back to the sale-floor.
- Paid orders will be cancelled, returned and refunded after 3 business days if not picked up. We will communicate this prior by email.
