Umami Bomb is a one-of-a-kind premium vegan shiitake chili oil that combines aromatic spices, fermented bean paste, and shiitake mushrooms to create a unique and umami-rich flavour profile. Add a spoonful or two to any meal to take it from simple to special.
Use it on anything from noodles and rice to veggies, sandwiches, and wraps. It can be used as a dip or added to your favourite hummus for an umami bomb of flavour!
Garlic Umami Bomb offers the same mild heat as our Medium flavour but includes roasted garlic to bring even more delicious and crave-able flavour to your food.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, tamari (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), white vinegar, shiitake mushrooms, tomato paste, black bean paste (wheat flour, soybeans, salt, corn oil, potato starch, onion, sugar, potassium sorbate), roasted garlic, chili peppers, spices, tahini, organic cane sugar.

Is everything vegan?
Yes! Everything we carry instore and online is 100% vegan! We do the research and hard work so you don't have to.
Do you carry gluten-free products?
Yes we do! If you're shopping our online store you can simply enter
gluten-free and all the gluten free items will come up! If you're
shopping in-store we have yellow tags to easily identify gluten-free
products. Please note that we are still working on ensuring everything
has the appropriate tags/signs so there will be items that are
gluten-free that are not pulled in your search online and in store.
Where do you ship/deliver to?
We ship everywhere in Canada (excluding Québec) and we offer local next
day delivery to everyone located between Chilliwack to Coquitlam. Our
Agassiz, Hope and Cultus customers we will be doing weekly delivery on
Friday's.
